ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 7 days to process and ship your order due to certain circumstances, such as:
- High Order Volume: Increased demand during sales and holiday seasons.
- Product Location: With over 5,000 products in our store, your item may need to be transferred from another warehouse to our processing facility.
- Unforeseen Delays: Various factors outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options to proceed. You can choose to wait for a restock, exchange the product, or request a refund.
To ensure your satisfaction, our quality inspection team carefully checks every order for any issues with quality or sizing before it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
SHIPPING
We offer three shipping options to suit your needs:
- Regular FREE Shipping: 20-30 days (via sea freight).
- Fast Shipping: 10-17 days ($20.00, via air shipping).
- PRIME EXPRESS Shipping: 5-10 days ($35.00, via air shipping).
Please be aware that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- High package volumes during peak sales seasons like Black Friday or Christmas.
- Severe weather conditions affecting sea or air transport.
- Unforeseen events causing logistical delays.
While we are not responsible for delays outside our control, rest assured that 95% of all orders arrive within the estimated timeframes.
Important Notes:
- Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, and you receive a tracking number.
- Order processing time is not included in the shipping timeframe.
