Shipping

We offer free REGULAR SHIPPING on all orders, and also offer FAST and PRIME Express shipping options for those who need their items faster. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your order, as we have a high volume of orders at this time. After that, you will receive a tracking number, and the shipping timeframe will begin. This does not include the "processing days" mentioned above. If your tracking information shows that your package is "Pre Transit" or seems to be stuck, this is normal and not cause for concern. Your order will be delivered within the timeframe you selected. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Regular Shipping (FREE): Most countries will receive their orders within 17-30 days.
• Fast Shipping: 10-17 days for delivery. Additional 20$.
• PRIME Express Shipping: 5-10 days for delivery. Additional 35$.

 

 Is there any delivery guarantees?

The delivery time for Regular Shipping is estimated at 10-30 business days for most countries. If 60 days have passed with no updates on your provided tracking information, please contact us at primerepsinternational@gmail.com with your order number. We will either send you a replacement of your original order plus a free item or issue a full refund for your purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they enter the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot reimburse you if your order does not make it to you.

Once you place your order, we immediately begin processing it in our inventory, so it is not possible to cancel orders. Please be sure that you are certain about your purchase before proceeding to checkout. If you need to make a change to the sizing of your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
